Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on the product page. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or reject/cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Orders, Payment & Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. werachayati.co may accept or reject the offer. Order confirmation is subject to successful payment realisation. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout. In case of suspected fraud or unauthorised/illegal transactions, we may cancel the order and refund the amount (if received) to the original payment method.
6. Shipping, Dispatch & Delivery
6.1 Dispatch Timelines: Standard dispatch lead time is generally 5–7 working days unless otherwise specified on the product page. Certain made-to-order/custom items may take longer (e.g., 3–4 weeks).
6.2 Delivery: Delivery timelines depend on courier partners and location. Delays due to uncontrollable events (weather, strikes, lockdowns, etc.) do not constitute werachayati.co’s default.
6.3 International Shipping: Where offered, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if any) shall be borne by the customer.
6.4 Risk & Title: Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address given at checkout.
7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
7.1 Easy Returns Window: You may request a return or replacement within 7 (seven) days of receipt if you are not satisfied or received a damaged/defective product.
7.2 Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Used, damaged (post-delivery) or customised items are not eligible unless there is a manufacturing defect.

7.4 Refunds: Upon quality check of the returned product, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (bank processing times may vary).
7.5 Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, personalised/monogrammed items, clearance sale items and downloadable products/services are non-returnable unless defective.
8. Manufacturing Warranty
8.1 Warranty Period: werachayati.co products carry a limited manufacturing warranty of 1 (one) year from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship.
8.2 Exclusions: Normal wear & tear, damage due to misuse, improper assembly, exposure to moisture/outdoors beyond recommended levels, accidents, or unauthorised repairs are excluded.
8.3 Remedy: At our option, we will repair, replace, or refund (partially/fully) the defective item after inspection.
9. Care, Assembly & Safety Guidelines
Customers must follow the care/maintenance and assembly instructions provided with the product or on our Website. Misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines may void warranties and create hazards. Adult supervision is recommended for children’s furniture/toys at all times.
10. Intellectual Property

Failing which, it shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, and in default, appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai. The language shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.
19. Waiver
No waiver by werachayati.co of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
